The team showed up on time (a little early), were pleasant and helpful, had awesome equipment, and did a wonderful job on our yard. We have gotten compliments from many neighbors and appreciate the suggestions made for our yard when we asked for estimate and the work done was even better than we anticipated. They cleared away everything. They worked well together and everyone seemed to enjoy making our yard better. Another outstanding job by Albemarle Tree Service. Albemarle came out and trimmed back badly overgrown trees which extend from our neighbors property. The branches were extremely high up and scratching across the side of our house and beginning to make contact with our roof. The crew is large and works beautifully together, they clearly communicate and anticipate each others needs and the best course of action. All debris was cleaned up and taken away. We could not have asked for a better job! These are our go-to tree specialists. This is our second time using them. We previously used them to take down trees at a rental property. Do yourself a favor, if you need tree trimming, [tree] or stump removal, call Albemarle first they are the best!

Albemarle Landscapes did a fantastic job on two landscape projects. I had my entire front lawn covered in zoysia sod and they covered a dog walk area in natural synthetic turf. Pricing on both projects was very competitive and their work ethic was top notch. Since moving to Southern Shores in September 2019, we have had the amazing help and expertise of the Albemarle crew to get our yard, trees and landscaping in a good looking, working order. I always get three quotes and I try to get references. They have done three jobs for me. 1. Remove 13 very large pine trees and 1 very large scrub, and grind the bases under surface-level. Remove all debris. 2. Trim/move a few large shrubs. Remove debris. 3. Finish the clearing of a 1-acre lot. Take down 30-50 small trees, trim a few very large pine trees, grind a few hundred small pine stumps, and leave the lot mowable. Remove debris. All their work was excellent and professional. They brought the right power tools for each job. They came quickly to give estimates and they did the work when promised. They showed up as promised. All workers (8-10 person crew on one job) were professional, competent, friendly, hard-working, and willing to let me discuss my interests/desires. They cleaned-up and removed all debris. Their prices were competitive. We have had a lot of work done on our house in Currituck (10 miles from the Outer Banks). This is the best contractor and work crew that we have hired.

We have been using Albemarle Landscaping since we purchased our home in Corolla a couple of years ago. They cleared the property of overgrowth, leveled it with truckloads of fill, put in an irrigation system and sod, posts to protect our new septic field, fenced the back and landscaped our entire property. Albemarle did a great job of removing a very large, very tall oak tree that was only 10 feet off our deck. Due to fences, adjoining properties, and proximity of the tree to the house and deck, had to crane it over top of house. Had the right equipment to remove it from site and grind down the stump. Considering the complexity of the job, more than fair price.
